If you have accidently placed a double order, or experienced a glitch at the checkout leaving you with two orders - we're unable to cancel an order once it's been placed.
From here, the best option would be to return one order, either in-store or online once you receive your item(s), you can return them in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you have just placed your order, you can contact us via Live Chat to see if we can have one order cancelled before it is sent, but this cannot be guaranteed as there is a very small window of time for this.
