Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges by post - if you can't make it in-store, please post your item back to us for a refund and then place a new order! Our online return instructions will guide you through the process.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for in-store purchases via our online portal. If you purchased in-store, please pay us a visit!
All online and in-store purchases can be exchanged in-store! Simply head in-store with your item(s) and proof of purchase, and the team will help you with an exchange.
If you purchased through Afterpay, our team will refund your original order and then help you with a new purchase.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED A SALE ITEM ONLINE, AND NOW IT'S BACK TO FULL PRICE?
If your item was on sale at the time of purchase and you need a different size, please visit us in-store! Pending stock availability, our team will swap your product at no extra cost.
Please note that this must be an exchange for the exact same item (style/colour/product code), just in a different size. Exchanges for different styles or colours will require payment of any difference.
