If you've just placed your order, get in touch with the Customer Experience team below. There is a small window of opportunity between you ordering and your order being packed where the team can cancel your order.
If we miss the window or you've already received your shoes, you can always return your order and repurchase the correct size. If you purchased with a payment method other than PayPal, you're also welcome to head into your nearest Vans store and exchange your shoes there.
Please note that due to PayPal'ss strict privacy measures, PayPal purchases must be returned online.
