How do I add to "My List"?
Want to keep track of items that catch your eye? With our "My List" feature you can.
By selecting the heart under the Add to Cart button, you’ll add the product to your list.
To view the items you've added to the list, select "My List" in the top right-hand corner.

How do I reset my password?
Need to reset your password? Too easy!
1. Start by clicking 'Login' in the top right-hand corner of the website will bring up the login box.
2. This box includes a hyperlink 'Forgot Password?' which prompts you to enter your email address.
3. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password to your account.
Haven't received the email? Check your spam and junk inboxes - it may have filtered through there.

I can’t sign into my account?
If you cannot sign in to your account this may be due to the following reasons:
- You may not have an account with us. To have an account with us, you must sign up online and create a password through our "Create An Account" page.
- Your password or login details may be entered incorrectly. Double-check your login details and attempt to sign in. Or try clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset your password

Signing up to our "Mailing List" does not create an account with Vans.
If you're still having difficulty signing in, we suggest clearing your cookies or using another browser.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
If you haven't received an order confirmation via email shortly after your purchase this may be due to:
- Your order is still processing in our systems
- A small typo in the email address entered at the checkout
- The email has been marked as spam and has been moved to your junk/spam folder
If you still haven't received it within 24 hours, contact our Vans Team with the info below and we'll locate and resend your order confirmation.
- First name and last name the order was placed under
- Date when the order was placed
- Payment method used

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email from us.
Please note that it can take between 24-48 hours for it to process so you may still see some emails from us during that time.

Where can I see my order history?
Want to browse through your past purchases? You'll find them all stored in your account.
Head to the 'Login' in the top right-hand corner. Once you're in, click on 'Order history'.
Remember, if you checked out as a guest and created your account afterwards, your order will not show in the ‘Order history’ section.
